Recipe Ingredients for Raven's Spicy Salmon Soup

1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 medium onion (diced)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 lb salmon (cubed)
2 small potatoes (cubed)
3 tbsp habaneros (diced)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
14 1/2 oz chicken broth
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Raven's Spicy Salmon Soup

  1. Marinate Salmon with lemon juice.

  2. Heat olive oil in pot.

  3. Sautee half of onion and the salt until liquid is removed from the onion and they are browned.

  4. Add chicken broth, remaining onion, potatoes, habaneros, garlic powder, salmon, and water.

  5. Cook until potatoes are tender.
