Recipe Ingredients for Raven & Rayne's Chinese Chicken Stir-Fry

1 tbsp peanut oil
172 g broccoli
200 g baby bok choy
75 g scallions
1 tbsp galangal, grated
125 g snow peas
81 g baby carrots
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
4 oz water
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

Recipe Directions for Raven & Rayne's Chinese Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Mix all pastes and sauces with water and corn starch to make sauce.

  2. Par-steam broccoli for softness.

  3. Heat oil in wok.

  4. sear chicken on all sides then add carrots and continue frying.

  5. Add the rest of the veggies to wok and stir fry over med-high heat.

  6. Stir in the sauce mixture and reduce heat.

  7. Serve with rice.
