Recipe Ingredients for Raven & Rayne's Chicken Phở

14 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
29 ounces chicken broth
4 cups water
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon fennel seed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
1 oz jalapeno, sliced
1 oz green onion, diced
3 1/2 teaspoons lime juice

Recipe Directions for Raven & Rayne's Chicken Phở

  1. Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a large soup pot add the water, chicken broth, fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, fennel seed, black pepper, ginger, jalapenos, onion and lime juice.

  3. Bring to a boil.

  4. Add the chicken.

  5. Cook until chicken is done.

  6. Pour hot soup over noodles of your choice.
