Steamed idly made of spiced sooji

Recipe Ingredients for Rava Idly

250 grams semolina
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp lentils
1/4 tsp mustard
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp ginger
1 salt to taste
1/2 tsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp cilantro
1 pinch of baking soda

Recipe Directions for Rava Idly

  1. Heat oil, fry lentils and mustard. In a bowl, mix the curd, semolina, fried lentils and mustard, chopped ginger, chilli, salt, baking soda etc n keep aside for half an hour.

  2. Put in dily maker and steam
