A tasty fall salad. If you have a persimmon tree, an almond tree, an orange tree and an avocado tree in your backyard, this is one way to handle the fall abundance. Use the type of persimmons that are still firm when ripe. You may substitute other forms of fruit such as apples or nuts such as sunflower seeds if on a tight budget.
