You won't even notice that there's only 1/4 c sugar in this instead of 1 full cup (which = 744 calories vs. 1/4 cup which = 186 calories). This recipe makes 2.25 cups. The calories per serving should be around 59 calories. Normally this would = 151 calories. Now, if cranberries were as easy to get all throughout the year, I'd have this daily. I am making a second batch now to freeze for later. YUMMY!!!!

Recipe Ingredients for "A" Rated cranberry sauce!

12 oz Cranberries
1/4 c Sugar
4 oz SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for "A" Rated cranberry sauce!

  1. Boil 1 C water and Splenda (1/2 C) and sugar (1/4 C). Rinse (take out bad) cranberries and place in pot (I use 12 oz. cranberries, AKA 1 bag).

  2. Let simmer, the cranberries will "pop" a little, stir. When you get a nice red gelatenous substance, you're done (less than 10 min.)! AWESOME! And WOW, look at that fiber content down there! So good for you! :)
