Recipe Ingredients for Ratatouille Soup

1 pound 90% lean ground beef
680 grams 100% Natural Heart Smart Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Italian Sauce
1 Wyler's beef cube
3 cups water
5 cups eggplant
3/4 cups carrots
1/4 cups onion
1/2 cups celery
2 1/2 ounces Piccolini Mini Penne

Recipe Directions for Ratatouille Soup

  1. brown and drain ground beef

  2. add sauce, Wyler's cube, water, eggplant & pepper and heat to a boil

  3. reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 minutes

  4. Stir in pasta, increase heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally
