12 oz Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked
1.5 cup Mild Cheddar Shredded
2 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Acorn
2 cup (1" cubes) Eggplant
2 cup Onions
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
2.25 cup Bread Flour
2.25 tsp Yeast
5 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Ratatouille

Make pizza dough; then suate remaining ingredients and put into 9 X 14 pan; top with dough; bake at 375 for 20 - 30 minutes
