Recipe Ingredients for Ratatouille

650 g zucchini
350 g aubergine
400 g tomatoes [i20505]
1 tbsp olive oil
6 cloves garlic
1 canned tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp sambal oelek

Recipe Directions for Ratatouille

  1. Fry onion in olive oil

  2. Add garlic and pepper

  3. Add zucchini

  4. Add tomato and herbs

  5. Simmer for half an hour
