Recipe Ingredients for ratatouille

1 yellow pepper
3 tomatoes
2 zucchinis
1 eggplant
1 red onion
4 teaspoon olive oil
5 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for ratatouille

  1. cook every ingredient separately for 5-10 minutes in a teaspoon of olive oil (onion + garlic, zucchinis, eggplant, pepper).

  2. Peel tomatoes and stew all ingredients together for 1 hour medium heat

  3. Stir frequently

  4. add thyme, pepper, salt and a hint of honey
