Recipe Ingredients for ratatouille

1 cup slices Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 Small Aubergine
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chile, Sun-dried
1 small Onions
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1 Serving Stock Cubes
1 cup Tomato Products
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for ratatouille

  1. fry onions for 10 mins, add mushrooms, garlic, chilli, squash and aubergine and fry for another 5 mins.

  2. add in spices and fry off

  3. pour in tomatoes and stock cube

  4. cook for half an hour

  5. tastes good straight away but even better the day after
