Recipe Ingredients for Ratatouille

2 cup, chopped Kale
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
0.5 head Cabbage, Cooked
4 cloves, raw Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
1 oz Wine

Recipe Directions for Ratatouille

Sautee onions first, then add Kale and cook till tender before adding other vegetables, tomato last. Add chicken broth and water as moisture required. Salt and pepper to taste.
