Recipe Ingredients for ratatouille

149 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
149 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 serving Marinara (Silver Palate low Na)
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for ratatouille

Coarsely chop all veggies and saute in non stick pan with spray oil. Add marinara sauce and heat to desired temp. If you like spicy add red pepper flakes. also additional veggies can be added. i like to add eggplant when avaialable.
