Makes 12 luxurious raspberry/white choc muffins.

Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry and White Chocolate Muffins

15 g Butter, melted
175 g apple sauce
215 g Flour
1 pinch of salt
40 g Sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
1 Egg
1 egg white
50 ml Milk
150 ml water
125 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
75 g white chocolate

Recipe Directions for Raspberry and White Chocolate Muffins

  1. Sift and combine all dry ingredients (including chopped white chocolate)

  2. In a separate bowl beat eggs and then add in rest of wet ingredients.

  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry, and stir just to mix. Mixture should still be lumpy.

  4. Fold in the raspberries gently.

  5. Bake in muffin tray at 190 celsius for about 15 min, or until done.
