Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Tofu Pudding

349 g silken lite tofu
340 g raspberries
6 tablespoons Honey
2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Tofu Pudding

Place all ingredients in blender (make sure raspberries are frozen) and puree. Pour in 4 ramekins and put in refrigerator until time to eat, wait at least 1 hour.
