Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Tilapia

16 oz Tilapia, raw
2 serving (Fairway) Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Catalan Arbequina
4 tbsp Fat Free Raspberry Pecan
2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
0.5 tsp Dill Weed, Dried

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Tilapia

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 11x7 inch baking dish. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, raspberry vinaigrette, honey, Dijon mustard and dill weed.

  3. Arrange the tilapia fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Pour mixture over the fish, coating the fillets evenly.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven, uncovered for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky with a fork.
