Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Tea Cake

1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
10 oz frozen raspberries

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Tea Cake

  1. Thaw raspberries to room temp.

  2. Combine dry ingredients then set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and oil together then add the raspberries, undrained. Beat them all together until the berries are partially crushed.

  4. Add in the flour mixture, and slowly beat until the batter is smooth.

  5. Bake at 350 for about an hour, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
