Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Strawberry Pancake Shake-up

1/3 cup oats
20 grams dry pancake mix
1/3 cup strawberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1 egg
22 grams cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
1 dash of Salt
3 tablespoons water

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Strawberry Pancake Shake-up

  1. Place all ingredient except for the raspberries and strawberries in a medium bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of water and stir until thoroughly mixed.

  2. Gently fold in raspberries and strawberries.

  3. Over medium heat, in a large nonstick pan, evenly pour batter to form 3 pancakes. Once pancakes begin to look solid (after about 3 minutes), gently flip.

  4. Cook for additional 3 minutes, or until both sides are lightly browned and insides are cooked through. Now plate your pancakes and enjoy.
