Grandma Lu's recipe but modified for less fat and sugar

Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Pretzel Crust Dessert

12 oz pretzels, crushed
1/2 c oleo
1/4 c sugar
8 oz cool whip
1 c powdered sugar
8 oz fat free cream cheese
24 4/5 grams raspberry gelatin
2 c boiling water
10 oz frozen raspberries

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Pretzel Crust Dessert

  1. Mix pretzels, sugar, and melted butter. Press into bottom of 13x9 pan to make the crust. Bake at 350* for 10 minutes, cool.

  2. Mix cool whip, powdered sugar, and cream cheese. Pour over cooled crust.

  3. Mix jello and water, stir til dissolved. Add frozen raspberries, let sit up just a bit, then pour over top. Distribute the raspberries evenly.

  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hr.
