This lo calorie pie filling works great on top of a custard base. It makes enough for a deep dish pie.

Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Pie Filling

3 cup Raspberries
6 fl.oz Light Raspberry Cranberry Juice Cocktail
0.33 tbsp Xanthan Gum
6 tsp SPLENDA No Calorie
0.5 envelope Gelatine

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Pie Filling

  1. Microwave the juice to near boiling and dissolve gelatin into it.

  2. Mix in splenda and xantham gum.

  3. Add raspberries and stir gently.

  4. Allow to cool to room temperature.

  5. Ladle onto chilled pie custard base.
