Makes 12 servings



Good for a snack or part of a breakfast. Freeze the mix in ice cube trays. Mix 4 cubes with 1/2 cup of light vanilla soymilk.

Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Peach smoothie

24 oz Yogurt
3 cup Sliced Peaches
3 cup Raspberries
3 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
6 serving Light Vanilla Soymilk

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Peach smoothie

  1. Blend together the yogurt, peaches, raspberries, bananas, and honey until smooth.

  2. Freeze in ice cube trays.

  3. When frozen, place cubes in ziploc bags.

  4. To serve, blend 4 cubes with 1/2 cup light vaniilla soymilk.
