Recipe Ingredients for raspberry peach oat muffins

0.25 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
4 oz Unsweetened Applesauce
1 cup Raspberries
1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peaches
0.5 cup Low Fat Buttermilk
4 tbsp Agave Nectar
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for raspberry peach oat muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Puree raspberries until a 1/2 cup is accomplished (about 25 medium raspberries), strain to remove seeds

  3. Use an ice cream scoop to evenly distribute batter into a lined basic muffin pan

  4. Bake 20-23 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean

  5. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl

  6. Whisk wet ingredients in a large bowl

  7. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry
