Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Pancakes

1.25 cup Almond Meal/Flour
0.5 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
14 2/5 grams Baking Powder
2 large Egg, White
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup Raspberries

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Pancakes

  1. Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl. In small bowl, beat together egg and water. Stir wet into dry. Mix in coconut oil and fold in raspberries. Set aside for 1 hour.

  2. Heat lightly oiled griddle over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter into the griddle, making silver dollar sized pancakes. Brown on both sides.
