Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

2 cups Bisquick, reduced fat
1 cup Oats, Quaker
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 stick margarine, light
1 cup Raspberry Preserves, Smucker's Low Sugar

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Spray cooking spray in a 9x9 pan.

  3. In a bowl, mix Bisquick, oats and brown sugar.

  4. Cut in margarine using a pastry blender or fork until the mixture is crumbly.

  5. Press half of the oat mixture into the pan.

  6. Spread with the preserves to within 1/4 inch of the sides of the pan.

  7. Top with remaining oat mixture.

  8. Press gently into fruit.

  9. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.

  10. Remove from the oven and cool before cutting.

  11. 24 bars, 3 POINTS each
