Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Oat Bread

1 3/4 cup whole grain flour
18 oz oat bran
1 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp orange rind
1/4 cup honey
2 cups soymilk
2 cups fresh raspberries

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Oat Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set raspberries aside. Mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients until they are completely blended. Gradually add dry ingredients to your blended mixture and stir well. Gently fold in the berries. Pour mixture into a bread pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until cooked.
