Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry muffins

1 cup flour, white
1 cup flour, whole-wheat
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup soy milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups raspberries

Recipe Directions for Raspberry muffins

  1. Combine all ingredients in order, folding in the raspberries.

  2. Pour into greased muffin tray or into tray with paper cups.

  3. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
