Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry muffins

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
3/10 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups raspberries

Recipe Directions for Raspberry muffins

  1. 1. Combine sugar, applesauce, oil, eggs, vanilla.

  2. 2. Combine baking soda, powder, salt, flour. Whisk.

  3. 3. Add raspberries to dry mixture.

  4. 4. Add dry mixture to wet mixture. Stir 10 strokes.

  5. 5. Bake 20 min 375 degrees until toothpick is clean.
