Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Mousse Pie

1 serving Cooking Spray All Varieties
7 large rectangular piece or 2 squares or 4 small rectangular piec Cookies, Graham Crackers, Plain Or Honey
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 1/4 cup Gelatin
5 cup Raspberries
5 cup Raspberries
0.75 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 cup, whipped Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Mousse Pie

  1. Spray 9in pan with cooking oil

  2. Lay graham crackers in an even layer

  3. Place lemon juice in a small bowl and sprinkle with gelatin

  4. Let gelatin sit for 3 min

  5. In a blender puree 2 cups raspberries until smooth

  6. Pour through a mesh sieve and discard solids

  7. In a small saucepan, combine raspberry puree and 1/2 cup sugar over medium

  8. Cook until bubbles form on edge

  9. Add gelatin until it disolves(1 minute)

  10. Transfer mixture into a small bowl and let sit for 20min

  11. In a large bowl, beat cream, 2tB sugar on med into firm peaks(4 min)

  12. Fold raspberry puree until combined Pour over graham crackers

  13. Smooth top and arrange 3 cups on top

  14. Set for 2 hours
