Moist and delicious muffins. Add lemon zest to the recipe if available. Can also use all plain flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Lemon Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups flour
4 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
5 tbsp lemon juice
6 oz All Natural Non-Fat Greek Yogurt Vanilla
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 cups raspberries
1 1/2 cups blueberries
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Lemon Muffins

mix dry ingredients. mix wet ingredients. add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. mix. add berries and gently mix. grease muffin pans with pam or use paper cups. bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top. you can sprinkle some sugar on top before baking if desired as well.
