Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Lemon Bars


FILLING:
16 oz (2 packages) fat free cream cheese, softened
7 oz jar Jet-Puffed marshmellow creme
2 tablespoon lemon juice
6 oz raspberries, divided

CRUST:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon ICBINB, melted
46 g (3 tablespoons) tablespoons nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Lemon Bars

  1. Crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, yogurt, and brown sugar. Press mixture firmly into a 9 inch square pan. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes.

  2. Filling: Combine creme cheese, Jet-Puffed marshmellow creme, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix with an electric blender on medium until light and fluffy. Stir in half of the chopped raspberries. Spoon filling evenly over the prepared crust.

  3. Refridgerate bars for at least 4 hours before cutting. Top each piece with a raspberry. Makes approx. 20 servings.
