Like a sorbet - perfect for a hot summer day and low calorie! Perfect for kids.

Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Ice

4 cups watermelon
4 tsp lemon juice
1 cup raspberries

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Ice

Place ingredients in blender. Blend to a puree. Place in casserole dish and put in freezer for 60-90 minutes. As the puree is freezing break up with a fork every 30 or so minutes so it does not freeze solid.
