Amazing taste, naturally pink buttercream icing

Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry Buttercream

1 cup powdered sugar
2 T unsalted butter
2 T raspberries (1 1/2-2 T raspberry juice)

Recipe Directions for Raspberry Buttercream

  1. Cook 1 container of raspberries in microwave for 5 minutes on 30%

  2. Strain out seeds

  3. Mix. Yum!!!!! If it goes for 6 cupcakes, 113 cal per serving. May have a hard time making it stretch to 6. We did 5.
