Recipe Ingredients for Raspberry & Blueberry Crisp

4 cups blueberries
1 tbsp water
1 1/2 cup quick oats
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
1/2 cup margarine

Recipe Directions for Raspberry & Blueberry Crisp

  1. Grease a deep baking dish (1 1/2 quart size). Arrange berries in bottom. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup splenda, you'll notice this is not in the recipe because this analyzer is totally out of whack, and the amount of calories is tiny. If the fruit is less tart, substitute lemon juice for the water, if it is more tart use 1/2 cup spenda instead of 1/3. If you're using fresh fruit add extra water.

  2. Combine oats, flour and brown sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over the fruit. Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes or until fruit is tender.

  3. Serve with ice cream if desired.
