8 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
16 tbsp Seedless Red Raspberry Jam
4 serving Balsamic Vinegar
12 tsp Vinegar red wine
300 grams Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.13 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers

Recipe Directions for Raspberry-Balsamic Sauce(Cuisine at Home)

  1. Sweat shallots in oil in a saucepan over medium heat ubtil softened, 2-3 minutes.

  2. Whisk in tomato sauce, jam, balsamic and red wine vinegars, Dijon and Worchestershire. Simmer sauce 10 minutes, then season with salt, black pepper and pepper flakes.
