This recipe uses fage greek yogurt which to me is flavorless but soo good for you. I like it because it gives me two servings of my friut and because it is low in calories I still get to eat a mini bagel on the side.

4 oz 1% milk
3 oz fage yogurt
1 small banana
1/4 c raspberries

place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. add syrup or honey for a sweeter taste.
