Pasta with bacon, chorizo, mushrooms, onions, red pepper, celery, pine nuts

Recipe Ingredients for Rasher Pasta

1 onion medium
1 red pepper large
2 stalks of celery
50 g pine nuts
8 mushrooms
500 g pasta
300 g rashers
100 g chorizo
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Rasher Pasta

  1. Fry the bacon until crisp, put aside on kitchen paper to dry

  2. Fry the chorizo until crisp, put aside on kitchen paper to dry

  3. Start to cook onions, when brown put in celery, pepper, pine nuts and mushrooms.

  4. Put pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes (or however long is needed). When pasta is nearly ready, add bacon and chorizo to rest of ingredients to warm up.
