2 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 egg Blue Menu Omega 3 Brown Eggs Large
0.13 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
300 grams Proavantage Stirred Yogurt Raspberry Blueberry
1 tsp Lemon Peel
1 tsp Almond Extract
6 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil
1 tbsp Flax Oil with Lemon, Organic
0.5 pint as purchased, yields Raspberries

  1. 1. preheat oven to 375

  2. 2. shift flour, oat bran, baking powder & soda and salt together in a large bowl

  3. 3. beat egg with honey. mix in yogurt, oil, lemon zest

  4. 4. stir liquid mixture into flour mixture until a thick batter forms

  5. 5. fold in berries

  6. 6. spoon into sprayed or muffin cup lined baking tin

  7. 7. bake for 20-25 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out dry
