Quick and Easy Homemade chili Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Rapp Chili

28 oz Chopped Tomatoes
15 oz Chopped Tomatoes
1 onion
1 Green Pepper
1.34 lb 85 % Lean Ground Beef
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder
30 oz Black Beans
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Rapp Chili

  1. Chop up Onion and Green Pepper and saute over medium heat in olive oil for 5-8 minutes or until onion is gold. Then dump into large pot.

  2. Cook the ground beef in a large frying pan.

  3. In a large pot pour in the chopped tomatoes with juice. Drained and washed black beans (or pinto, or kidney, your choice), ground beef, and the sauteed green pepper and onion and spices. Cook over medium heat for 15 to 30 minute but not too long or the beans get mushy. You can also simmer over low heat for an hour if you want it to be very flavorful. Enjoy!

  4. PS. I usually throw in way more spices than are listed, be creative!
