Recipe Ingredients for Rapinni

1 pound rapini
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 Salt

Recipe Directions for Rapinni

  1. Parboil the rapini.

  2. Chop garlic.

  3. Saute steamed rapini for a few minutes in olive oil and then add the garlic.

  4. Add salt/pepper to taste.
