Healthier version of ranger cookies with whole wheat flour, molasses, agave nectar and grain-sweetened chocolate chips.

Recipe Ingredients for Ranger Cookies

1 cup Butter
3/4 cup Molasses
4 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
16 oz Coconut
2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 cup Wheaties
4 tbsp Grain Sweetened Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
3 oz Agave Nectar

Recipe Directions for Ranger Cookies

  1. Blend butter and sugar. Add in oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir. Add in flour, salt and soda. Stir. Add in coconut, oats, Wheaties and chocolate chips.

  2. Roll into balls. Bake on ungreased pan at 375 for 8-10 min - cool 3 min.
