8 slice (1 oz) Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
8 oz Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Randy's Low Fat Lasagna

  1. Layer uncooked lasagna with sauce, turkey crumbles, veggies, ricotta.

  2. Bake in oven at 425 until lasagna is soft, about 45 minutes

  3. 15 minutes from end lay mozzerella slices or crumbles on top to melt.
