Recipe Ingredients for Randy's chicken & Lentils

1 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
4 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
3/4 medium White Onion
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Randy's chicken & Lentils

  1. Season chicken breast with salt pepper , chili powder and cumin. Roast in oven covered to retain juices, uncover and brown just when done.

  2. Cook lentils with diced onion and peppers, salt and pepper.

  3. Place 1 cup of lentils into the center of a plate top with chicken breast, serve
