1 1/2 cup ragu tomato sauce
365 g onion (2 medium)
1 cup celery, chopped

  1. Brown minced venison and set aside.

  2. Sauté Chopped onions and celery.

  3. In a large sauce pan combine cooked venison, onions, and celery. Add prepared tomato sauce, hot sauce, and spices to taste. Simmer covered about 20 minutes until flavours melded.

  4. Serve hot over pasta or freeze for later use.
