Easy quick and interesting stir-fry with winter vegetables and pork

Recipe Ingredients for Random Stir-Fry 5

90 g pork loin
168 g cabbage, shredded (2 cups)
82 g carrot, grated (one large)
125 g medium firm tofu (1/4 package)
45 g fresh noodles
100 ml orange juice

Recipe Directions for Random Stir-Fry 5

  1. Thinly slice raw pork loin and add to wok. season with pepper and hot sauce. When pork begins sticking add orange juice and a little soy sauce.

  2. Add tofu to wok.

  3. Boil noodles, shredded cabbage, and grated carrots (use only enough water to cook noodles, avoid draining) Add to wok.

  4. Stir constantly until excess liquid has cooked off. Serve hot.
