Simple stew of leftover roast with veggies. Serve with blueberry compote or chutney.

Recipe Ingredients for Random Stew 9

1 medium potato
1 medium onion
1 small sweet potato
1 stalk celery
3/4 lb venison (1 1/2 cups chopped leftover roast)
1 cup water (use two plus any juices from roast and cook off)

Recipe Directions for Random Stew 9

  1. Chop Meat, peel and chop potatoes and onions, chop celery.

  2. Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and cook covered about 20-25 minutes until potatoes fully cooked.

  3. Thicken if desired with flour and water gravy or serve with biscuits or toast.
