Venison & Vegetable Stew with Garlic and Black Pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Random Stew 2

600 g Venison, Roasted
272 g raw potatoes
130 g raw celery
77 g frozen peas
85 g raw carrots
6 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Random Stew 2

  1. Dice leftover venison roast or cooked stew meat, return to pan / pot with drippings or gravy.

  2. Chop vegetables and add to pot, with garlic and seasonings.

  3. add water for cooking, cover and simmer for 2 hours.

  4. Cook uncovered additional 20 minutes until liquid reduced by half. Stew may be thickened with flour/water if desired.
