Tomato Vegetable Stew with Venison & Bean Sprouts

Recipe Ingredients for Random Stew 1

467 g raw ground venison
269 g raw tomato
210 g raw onion
138 g raw celery
162 g raw mushrooms
100 g Beans, Kidney, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
12 g garlic
324 g Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Garlic and Herb
1/4 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Random Stew 1

  1. Brown minced venison with garlic in bottom of dutch oven or wok

  2. Add chopped vegetables to meat, cover and simmer for 1 hour until vegetables tender. May need to add 1/2 cup of water.

  3. Add spaghetti sauce, ketchup, and spices (pepper, itillian seasoning mix, salt to taste) simmer an additional half hour.

  4. Serve as a stew or over pasta / beans
