Recipe Ingredients for Rancho Relaxo Avocado Soup

230 g avocado
240 g celery
20 sprigs parsley
1 carrot
1 small zuchini
2 leaves romaine

Recipe Directions for Rancho Relaxo Avocado Soup

  1. Add avocado, parsley, greens (I used Green Hibiscus leaves), half the carrot, half the celery, half the zuchini to a food processor. Add water and process to desired consistency.

  2. Chop remaining celery and zuchini. Shred the carrot.

  3. Split soup into bowls. Top with chopped & shredded vegetables.
