Pork chops over rice covered with a creamy ranch sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Ranch Chops & Rice

3 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
12 oz Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup
3 oz Dressing
2 oz milk
1 teaspoon garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup white rice

Recipe Directions for Ranch Chops & Rice

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.

  2. Add soup, ranch dressing, milk and garlic. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes.

  3. Serve over ranch style rice.
