Boneless, skinless chicken breast chunks in ranch and bacon gravy. Serve over egg noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Ranch Chicken

6 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
24 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
0.13 cup White Flour, Unbleached
1.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
3 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
1 serving Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix

Recipe Directions for Ranch Chicken

  1. Cut 6 slices of bacon into small strips. Brown in skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain.

  2. Discard all but two Tbsp of bacon drippings. Cube chicken breasts. Brown in bacon drippings over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.

  3. Add 2 Tbsp flour and 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix to chicken and stir well.

  4. Pour 1 1/4 cups of milk into skillet. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Cook for one minute longer, stirring frequently.

  5. Serve over egg noodles.
